Sec. 18.119  Importation.

    ISM equipment shall be refused entry or withdrawal for consumption 
into the Customs territory of the United States, unless accompanied by a 
copy of FCC Form 740, in accordance with the provisions of subpart K, 
part 2 of this chapter.
